Shipping policy
We ship fast, and every order is tracked. Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and another when it ships.
Delivery times and cost
US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days of shipping. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $50. Orders under that amount are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
Every order can be tracked from the Track Order page using your order number and the email you ordered with. Status updates appear there as your order moves.
Delays, damage and lost packages
Carriers occasionally run behind, especially around holidays. If your order is visibly damaged on arrival, or hasn't shown movement for 10 business days, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it.
